2nd Made in Pakistan Exhibition 2010

Worth members are informed that 2nd Made in Pakistan Exhibition 2010 is going to be held in Toronto, Canada from 28th to 31st October, 2010. It is to inform you that on the request of large number of entrepreneurs all over Pakistan the last date for submission of applications for participation in 2nd Made in Pakistan Exhibition 2010 in Toronto, Canada has been extended upto 05 September, 2010. The said event is a joint venture between FPCCI and TDAP supported by Pakistan Consulate General in Toronto which has initiated a wide range of publicity of the event to attract leading buyers / importers / chain stores / super stores of Canada. As special case spot sale has been allowed during the exhibition on the request of Pakistani community in Canada which enjoyed buying the Pakistan products in the last event.
Participation Fee:- Rs. 25,000
Stall Charges:- US $ 2950 per 10’X10’ sq. ft. booth
The payment may be made in the form of Pay Order/Demand Draft favouring FPCCI. The payment of space rent may be made either in US $ or equivalent to Pak Rs 257000
Documents required:
1.Valid Membership of concerned Chamber of Commerce and Industry or Trade Association.
2. Membership Certificate of Pakistan Canada Business Council (PCBC) of FPCCI. Non-members can get membership after submission of the enclosed membership form of PCBC.
3. Photocopy of NTN Certificate.
4. Brochure or Profile of the company with photocopy of partnership deed or Memorandum of Article of Association.
5. Export Performance Certificate of Bank or Bank Statement of the company and personal for the last six months.
6. Traveling profile and Photocopy of passport containing previous visas and embarkation/disembarkation.
Visa Arrangement:
FPCCI will recommend two representatives of each selected company to Canadian High Commission for grant of visa. These representatives must be either Chief Executive/Partners/Directors or if employee should be atleast to the rank of General Manager.
The applicants should have visited either to USA or Canada or Shengen Countries UK, Japan and Australia.
FPCCI will not be responsible if the visa application is rejected by High Commission of Canada for any reason.
